Biography
Born in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, and currently residing in Curitiba. Daughter of merchant parents, Carla had a simple childhood, but was always involved with projects on the outskirts of Porto Alegre, where she had her first contact with arts, theater and dance. She has always been very creative and curious, a natural researcher.
In 2015, she entered the jewelry market selling the famous ''semi-jewels'' - plated jewels, but she still felt that she would not stop there. After studying Law and migrating to a Fashion degree, she then began to develop her first creations: pieces of jewelry.
In 2019 Carla began her training in Jewelry Design and Business at IED, in São Paulo and MILANO, where she had contact with big names in the national and international market, and decided that it would be time to create her own brand, and thus LECARLE was born: an artistic brand that represented her values and principles through classic and timeless pieces.
Mission
I am adept at prioritizing artisanal production, valuing the inclusion of female and social minority labor. My mission is to promote sustainable possibilities in the jewelry market, and to ensure that the work of all professionals involved in each stage of production and operation is duly valued.
Vision
With a view to reducing as much as possible the environmental and social impacts caused by the jewelry market, offering jewelry with an authentic design and the best quality. Together with LECARLE, I created the project PEARLS WITH RESIDUES REMOVED FROM OCENS AND RIVERS.
